Customers must provide accurate delivery address, contact and access information. HyperLifts may request photographs or details needed to confirm carrier access and unloading requirements.
The delivery location must be reasonably accessible and safe for the scheduled freight equipment. Any appointment, unloading or special-access requirements are reviewed before delivery.
Customers receive updates after order review. Tracking or freight appointment information is provided when available, and some deliveries require direct coordination with the carrier.
Inspect the equipment when it arrives and report visible damage, missing items or delivery discrepancies promptly. Keep photographs and delivery documents when a freight claim may be required.
