Customers receive delivery updates after the order has been reviewed. Tracking or freight appointment information is provided when available. Freight deliveries may require direct scheduling with the carrier.
If HyperLifts cannot ship within a promised time, we will explain the delay, provide a revised estimate when available and offer the customer any consent, cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
Customers must provide accurate address and contact information and ensure reasonable access for the delivery vehicle. HyperLifts will discuss unloading, appointment and access requirements during order review. Redelivery or special-access costs may apply only when disclosed and permitted.
Inspect the shipment when it arrives and report visible damage, missing pieces or delivery discrepancies promptly. Keep packaging, photographs and delivery documents when a claim may be required.
