Product descriptions, images, dimensions, operating information and specifications are provided to help customers evaluate equipment. Manufacturers may update specifications or packaging. HyperLifts reviews each order before final freight and delivery planning.

Customers should confirm intended use, machine size, destination access, unloading requirements and other order details before the order proceeds.

Product pages display the full retail price, and checkout charges the selected product at that full price. Taxes, freight-related services, or other disclosed costs may apply and are shown or confirmed before they become due.

Accepted methods may include credit card, debit card, ACH bank transfer and wire transfer. Payment availability can vary by transaction.

Stock availability may change before order confirmation. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. HyperLifts uses available inventory, supplier and freight information when providing an estimate.

If a promised shipping date cannot be met, HyperLifts will provide an update and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information and promptly report changes. Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable delivery access, including a suitable unloading location and any site requirements confirmed during order review.

Additional costs caused by inaccurate information, unavailable access or an unprepared site may be charged only when permitted and disclosed.
