Refund & Return Policy

Contact HyperLifts before returning equipment. Include the order number, ordered product, reason for the request, photographs when relevant and current product condition. Unauthorized freight returns may be delayed or refused by the carrier.

If HyperLifts ships the wrong item, wrong model, wrong size, or a product that is defective because of an error attributable to HyperLifts, the customer may choose a full refund or replacement, subject to applicable law.

HyperLifts will not make the customer responsible for return freight, handling or replacement costs caused by a HyperLifts mistake.

Returned equipment should be complete and protected for freight transit. Missing parts, avoidable damage or use beyond reasonable inspection may affect a convenience-return refund where permitted by law. This does not apply to damage or defects for which HyperLifts is responsible.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when practical. Timing depends on the payment network and applicable law. Required refunds will not be replaced with store credit unless the customer agrees.

Product defects covered by a manufacturer warranty may follow the product-specific warranty process. HyperLifts will help identify the correct process and will continue to honor any responsibility that applies directly to HyperLifts.
