Contact HyperLifts with the order number, product model, serial number when available, a clear description of the issue, photographs or video, and relevant maintenance information. We will help identify whether HyperLifts, the manufacturer or an authorized service provider handles the next step.

Follow the manufacturer's assembly, operation, inspection, load and maintenance instructions. Stop using equipment if a safety problem is suspected. Coverage may be affected by misuse, overloading, unauthorized modification or maintenance failures when the applicable warranty allows.

Whether parts, labor, travel or freight are covered depends on the applicable manufacturer or product warranty. HyperLifts will disclose the known process before authorized work or shipment begins.

This policy does not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. HyperLifts remains responsible for its own errors independently of a manufacturer's warranty process.
