After an order is received, HyperLifts begins:
After payment, HyperLifts reviews the selected equipment, customer contact information, delivery ZIP code, product availability, destination access and unloading requirements. We may contact the customer for additional details before confirming the plan.
The cart and checkout show the selected products, quantities, options, full merchandise subtotal, and any applicable charges before payment is submitted.
Contact HyperLifts promptly if the ordered product, delivery address or project timing changes. Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order stage, freight commitments and applicable law. Any permitted deduction will be explained before a refund is processed.
The Shopify order records the purchased product, selected variant, quantity, price, customer information, payment status, and delivery details associated with checkout.
